Is CMA Travel and Tours a registered travel agency?

Yes, our office is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) since 2010.  The same year, our office has been given a certified and valid business permit from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

What is the difference between booking with CMA Travel and Tours versus direct hotel and airline websites?

We provide valued, well-appointed location from our partner hotels for guests to choose from, ranging from 3 to 5 star categories with pick-up and drop off airport transfers.  For the Airlines, we’ll make sure that you’ve got the cheapest airfare, available seats and convenient flight hours. Furthermore, we offer full-board meals and complete tours in our packages.

I want to book a tour, but I already have a hotel and airline ticket. Can you still help me?

Yes, we can still assist you on this special arrangement.  However, we discourage travelers from doing so because we may not be able to pick you up/drop you off if we’re not partners with your chosen hotel.

I want to go to a country that needs visa. Do you offer visa assistance as well?

Yes, we assist visa applications for countries like, Korea, Japan, UAE, USA and European countries.

What are CMA Travel and Tours' payment options?

As of the moment, we accept Bank deposit payments directly to CMA account (BDO and BPI).

I want to book a package, but I already have an itinerary in mind. Can you tailor-fit a tour for me?

Yes, we can arrange and accommodate tour itineraries requested by clients.

Who can I contact if I'm already in my destination?

We provide the contact details of our tour guide/operator prior to departure of our guest.  We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact number thru Viber should our clients need our assistance.

Can I still purchase additional tours even if I'm already in my travel destination?

Yes, our guests can still purchase an additional tour even during his/her trip. Just directly approach our tour guide/coordinator on-site for this.

Will I be informed if there are sudden changes in my travel itinerary?

Yes, we will notify departing passenger ahead of time for sudden changes of flight/itinerary, either through e-mail or SMS.
